So You Think You Can Dance Tour 2008

So You Think You Can Dance Tour 2008 is scheduled...and they're coming to the Phoenix area.  Yeah!!  It will be hosted at the Jobing.com Arena in Glendale on October 7th at 7:30 pm.  Tickets go on sale on Saturday, August 2nd.  So mark your calendars since I'm sure they will go very quickly.  I linked to TicketMaster and found that I could get a text message reminder so I wouldn't forget to buy my tickets.  How clever! The ticket prices range from about $30-50 depending on your seats.

I'm excited about this tour since I've been following the show this season.  I love it because the dancers are so talented.  I can't believe the hours of disciplined training and skill it really takes to master these dances.  And it's been so entertaining!  The top 10 dancers will be on the tour.  They will be performing hip-hop, contemporary, ballroom, tango, salsa and mambo.  Kherington, Will, Jessica, Mark, Chelsie, Courtney, Gev, Katee, Twitch and Joshua will all be with us in Glendale.  If you enjoyed this dance show as much as I did, you must get your tickets to this live event.  See you at...So You Think You Can Dance Tour 2008!

Great View of Phoenix

This Flying M Air helicopter tour is awesome!  If you can't get up in a helicopter, seeing it in a two minute video clip is the next best thing! 

You can see some of the highlights of our desert landscape.  We are now the 5th largest city in America.  I can hardly believe that! 

I moved to Phoenix in 1984 and the changes I've seen are dramatic.  You can see the downtown area and the houses nestled between the mountains.  I actually think I could spot my house (ha).
