Arizona Spa Week

Spa week is coming to Arizona September 18-24.  In case you didn't already know, this is a national event that began in New York City.  Many exclusive spas that ordinarily cost lots of money, offer consumers like us an opportunity to experience some of their spa treatments for only $50.  That's a great deal...particularly when they normally cost well over $100. 

One of the participating spas is the Arizona Biltmore Resort and Spa.  They are featuring a 50 minute "I'm Deserving Massage" or a 50 minute "I'm Deserving Facial".  They had a clip this morning on Sonoran Living and it certainly looked very relaxing.  The spa manager was interviewed and she said to be sure to call soon for an appointment.  I'm sure once the word is out, they'll have many bookings.  The number to call is 602-381-7632.  You can also access the Sonoran Living website for more information on the Arizona Biltmore Spa specials.  The Biltmore has many activities to keep the little ones occupied too.  So for all of you hard working moms, this is a great opportunity for you to take advantage and have a mini vacation to enjoy a spa treatment for less money and to relax.

Zethina Cosmetics

Zethina is an expert in cosmetics and makeovers.  She is featured every Monday morning on Sonoran Living Live, a daily Phoenix lifestyle show.  The first time I met her was when I had the opportunity to be in the live studio audience.  She spotted me and asked if I would allow her to use me in a demonstration about how to make lips look fuller. Of course, I agreed and had fun doing it. 

Zethina has worked in the beauty industry for many years and has done many photoshoots with local and visiting celebrities.  She helps women hide their flaws!  Well, I'm all for that.  So, I made an appointment to have a private makeup lesson and application with Zethina.  She taught me so much about applying makeup and using the proper brushes.  I left with a bagful of new cosmetics, of course.  But I continue to use much of her line because I really like it.  Her mineral powder makeup goes on so easily, is light and yet hides much. 

 

Zethina has since opened up her own spa in Glendale.  You can visit her website for more details or to make an appointment.  All of her products are available and an assortment of spa services including facials, lash extensions, massage and more. 

Since it's a bit far from my home, I continue to order her products online.  It's convenient and fast.  I usually receive my order within a few days.  I would highly recommend Zethina's cosmetics.
